2. Rozpakuj.
3. Wyłącz serwer.
4. Wgraj pliki na FTP w miejsce, gdzie znajduje się folder "cstrike"
5. Nadaj plikowi "hlds_run" CHMOD 755 lub 777
6. Włącz serwer i zobacz czy dalej serwer crashuje.

Jeśli serwer dalej będzie crashował to zapodaj error_logi z folder "logs"

Już wszystko działa 2 komendy trzeba było usunąć z server.cfg dokładniej te:

mp_clan_ready_signal "go" //Text that team leader from each team must speak for the match to begin
mp_clan_readyrestart 1 //If non-zero, game will restart once someone from each team gives the ready signal

A jak wchodzisz na serwer odpal konsolę i znajdź taką linijkę tylko z inną liczbą, bo pewnie masz inną wersję binarek, a 5006 to jest właśnie ich wersja.
