Wyłączony amx dalej jakby działał.

Witam. Mam pewien nietypowy problem mianowicie podczas gdy przez RCON wyłączę amx "rcon amx_off" bo na przykład gramy jakiś sparing to podczas gry nagle słychać głos "ten minutes remaining" i zawsze są potem problemy że nie wyłączyliśmy amx'a. co może być przyczyną? Moj pilk plugins.ini wygląda następująco:
