Tak jak wyżej. Jak zrobic własny plugin (jaki program do tego najlepiej użyc) ?

Mam pytanie odnośnie dodawania admina na server. W users mam dokładnie tam:

Czy mógł by ktoś podac link albo napisac tutaj ten plugin? bullet_damage.amxx , nie moge go nigdzie znależć

Tak wiec jest wszystko itemy, komendy, runy ale jak wpisuje /klasa to nic sie nie dzieje.
