VIP Menu can be opened multiple times

Hey guys sorry if thread is in wrong forum. I have trouble already navigating and generating a plugin. Good thing we are slavic lol. (Greetings from Bulgaria)

 

 

So, i used the generator from your website aaand maybe i did something wrong. Non admins (without flag T) can access the menu via command (yes yes i added and deleted a line)

 

And when they do access it, you can get benefits like... forever.. if people find about this exploit they can command spam for speed and etc. 

 

Can you help me guys restrict the access to the menu to users and to be opened only 1 time every round.

 

 

The edit was nesesary because im running a CSDM server and vip menu is conflicting with csdm menu. VIP pops up first and second comes csdm weapon menu.

 

And i would like to keep it that way. The source code is uploaded below. Thanks in advance!
