Na 5tyk, pluginów nie było, ale już są. Błędy dalej się nie powtarzają.

Nie trzeba debuga, po prostu brak uprawnień do zapisu w danym katalogu.

Jolcia,Spróbuj wyłączyć ten plugin i sprawdź co będzie się działo.
Pokaż logi z cstrike/logs oraz zwykłe logi AMXa
