[CZ] Mapvote options

Is there a way I can configure the mapvote at the end of a map (3mins remaining). Our new server has started listing 2-3 of the same map in its votes at the end of the current map. I've been told it is one of the .amxx files within the server cpanel, but I can't edit them, or see them to copy the text within and just save as a new .amxx file. Help would be gratefully received!
