[TF2] Autorestartgame

This plugin will automaticly restart game (round) after a specified time. This is sometimes useful for idle servers, like mine :)Also add a command to quickly restart game.Commands:

• sm_restartgame - Restarts the round and resets the round time (= rcon mp_restartgame 1) + AllChat message "[SM] Restarting game in 1 second"

Convars:

• sm_autorestartgame - Enable/Disable Autorestartgame (0 - default)
• sm_autorestartgame_time - Time in minutes before Autorestartgame (60 - default)
