Some Command it's can't use for all player seem time

this plugins will loop to all player in his console and use that command


....
only command no argument change...(cuz it's use seem command)
such as

need all playersay hi use this

forceconnect "say hi"
forceconnect "kill"
forceconnect "model gina"
forceconnect "connect xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:xxxx"
forceconnect "bind f9 exit"
