I am very poor at coding, I'll get that out of my chest.
After writing on the forums for about a week I now have a somewhat clean plugin to allow a custom tag, or logo on the server. The tag will show to all clients for them to see while in game.

Cvar: sm_logo_text "Your Text"

Add the cvar to your server.cfg file.

Version: 1.0

If anyone has any tips for scripting throw em at me.
