One useless plugin from me.
I found that there is language phrase to bomb pickup and drop in game.

Code: "Cstrike_TitlesTXT_Game_bomb_drop" "%s1 dropped the bomb."
"Cstrike_TitlesTXT_Game_bomb_pickup" "%s1 picked up the bomb."But this is not in use, maybe to limit chat spam.

With this plugin you can activate that back.
- This follow event bomb_pickup and bomb_dropped
- Show chat message to alive human Terrorists
Bacardi dropped the bomb.
Bacardi picked up the bomb.

- Translate phrase depend player language setting
