Sprawdź czy udostepniacz połączenie do bany danych i jeszcze raz hasło ewentualnie stwórz nowego użytkownika i skopiuj hasło


i chyba na pewno to masz zle:

powinno być coś na podobe tego:
diablo_sql_host "Twojanazwa.xaa.pl"
