AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>After studying a bit of Left 4 Downtown 2 include file, I present you this plugin.<br /><br />It only notifies all players the estimated time arrival of the rescue vehicles with matching sounds.<br /><br /><b>TO DO:</b> Do the same for The Sacrifice but it will include the blocking of all generators starting at once, which prevents &quot;Chaos Generator&quot; from being achieved and automatic starting of the other generators so players will just hold out just like a normal finale.<br /><br /><b>NOTE:</b> This plugin will not work without <u>the extension</u>. Only, the notifier in finale maps of Dead Center and The Passing (including the gascan pouring event) will be displayed.<br /><br /><div style="margin:20px; margin-top:5px; ">
