Bmp - Block Multiple Prints.

This plugins have datory to block msg text of users who write THE SAME TEXT MORE TIMES.

Example:
Connect to my server [ allowed ]
Connect to my server [ blocked! ]
Connect to my server [ blocked! ]
Connect to my server [ blocked! ]
Connect to my server [ blocked! ]
Other text [ allowed!]


So note: It's block only Multiple printed text. ( the same text printed more times. )

  ( #1: Only block the messages and replace with the default message / #2: Kick the player and print the default message. )
