[TF2] Arena Solo Mode

Description:
This plugin allows you to fight the other team by yourself through a queue. This is intended for Dodgeball with my Nanobot plugin, but will work on any arena gamemode.
Saw this plugin back in the good ole days of Chronic dodgeball, so decided I would make it myself and publish it here.

CVARS:

• sm_arenasolomode_version - Plugin version, no touchy!
• sm_arenasolomode_enable [1/0] - (Default: 1) Enable the plugin? 1 = Yes, 0 = No.

Commands:

• sm_solo - (Default Access: Everyone) Add/remove yourself to/from the solo queue.

Installation:

• Click "Get Plugin" attached at the bottom of this post.
• Drag and drop the arenasolomode.smx to your addons/sourcemod/plugins/ folder.
• Restart the server/map.
