This plugin is as its titled, Parachute Plugin for Counter-Strike 1.6.
Its key differences are:

1. It automaticly disables PreThink after there are no parachutes in use ( thus saving cpu ).
2. It supports pause and unpausing of plugin.
3. You can enable/disable USE+ sound upon using parachute via cvar 'amx_para_silent'.
4. It saves players current gravity setting incase your server has plugin which changes players gravity and replaces it after parachute is removed.
5. It detects when player has touched ground or ladder and removes parachute automaticly.
