<div>hello everyone, im having problem with some users on my linux cs 1.6 server, they got some kind of modified config which ignores the exterminate effects...also they got dynamic ip so even ban is uneffected so im looking for something that i could do to prevent them to come on my server and kill everyone in just 10 seconds with their speed hack and other cheats, Thanks in advance Alex.</div>
