AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

my CS:S pluginNote:- I m unable to support this plugin for long run since i don't own the game. For short period of time i will.- This plugin made and tested from my friend laptop (borrow) so maybe still contain small bug.- Some of the awesome feature removed when i convert this into L4D2. I broke the code in the process, my bad.- Had to separate the zip file due to web file size restriction.- If anyone interested to take over fell free to PM me.When i play this, i never win the T, i bet someone else can.
