[CZ] End of map countdown

For whatever reason, our CSCZ servers have stopped doing the countdwon at the end of the map.. the usual 10, 9, 8... so we have our mapvote at 3 mins, and usually the 10sec countdown, but we've lost that. Any suggestions on how to get it back please?
