AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

As you know bot_quota_mode fill does not work correctly in CS:GO on DM servers (with mp_ignore_round_win_conditions 1).Plugin emulates "bot_quota_mode fill" for cs:go.Install plugin, no matter what you set in "bot_quota" and "bot_quota_mode" but it's better if you set "bot_quota 0" and "bot_quota_mode normal" to disable internal bot_quota_mode support.This plugin has it's own implementation of this algorythm and does not need bot_quota_mode or bot_quota to be set.Example of configuration (server.cfg):sm_csgobotquotafix_enable 1sm_csgobotquotafix_quota 4This example sets "bot_quota 4" and "bot_quota_mode fill" behaviour.
