AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

the approved plugin was not working at cs:go and if I didn't saw wrong it was last updated at 2007 so I wrote a new one. You can delete this topic if the approved one gets updated... It simply slays the players who don't finish their missions. CVARSsm_WoD_Enabled = 0 to disable 1 to enablesm_winordie.cfg will be created after first run. Changelogv1.0, 2012-08-28* Initial release.
