AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

This plugin lets you spawn sentries/dispensers of any levels(except for mini sentry).Command:

• sm_sbuild > Opens the building menu.

Cvar:

• sm_spawnbuilding > returns the plugin version.
