PRoblem z napisem

witam mam problem z napisem... dostalem H@ na pewnym serwerze i chce go troche podszlifowac... ale mam pewien problem ktorego nie moge rozwiazac

na poczatku kazdej rundy pojawia sie napis na srodku ekranu: "Obowiazuje zakaz strzelania przez 3s". jak usunac ten napis??
