AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Description:

This plugin adds a bit of realism to the game. Instead of being being able to constantly reload and basically top off your clip it zeros out your clip as if you dropped it and are popping a new one in.

Tested in CZ.

Cvars:

• rr_toggle <1> - Turns the plugin on and off

Credits:

• eDeloa - Original Plugin using cstrike and engine
• Xpaw - For Hooking the Reloads

Note: xPaws name is in the author section because its his code i used to hook reload.
