Help for COD Mod

I am foreign player and I am searching newest version of COD mod because it sounds great!
It works perfect separately (do not be used together with respawn plugin)
However, if it is used with respawn plugin, problem exists.
In the first place, this plugin allows players to upgrade and increase their stats (like hp / speed)
For example:
1.) I get 100hp from my class
2.) I am level up and I add more hp to 120
3.) hp will remains unchanged as 100 only before the new round starts
4.) my hp will become 120 after new round starts
5.) If I die during the round, and if i respawn (due to the respawn plugin) my hp will restore to the orign (100hp)
6.) And i will only be 120 again when the new round starts
7.) from 5.) to 6.) again and again
Now, I need for help to let the stats can stay after respawning. Please. Because it is a great plugin.
