AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Tak jak w temacie każdy na serwie kto zmieni nick na nick admina go ma. chodzi o to że nie wpisują haseł a mają admina

Literka e oznacza - ; e - password is not checked (only name/ip/steamid needed)
Także powinno być:

Litera "e" w drugim cudzysłowu oznacza, że hasło nie jest sprawdzane.
Radzę również zabrać flagi. Ja daję "bdceijmnu"
