AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div><font size="4"><font color="DarkOliveGreen">Description:</font></font><br />Well, You might think that this plugin i duplicate but as far as i searched this is not!<br />there is also another command blocker by <font color="YellowGreen">pRED*</font> that adds cheat flag to commands for blocking them but in this plugin it adds them as a sourcemod command and deny any requests to those commands.<br /><font size="4"><font color="DarkOliveGreen">Convars(Add to server.cfg):</font></font><br />sm_blockcmd #Command<br />- This will block the command from being used by anyone and will also report Name + SteamID of anyone who tries to use it.<br />sm_kickcmd #Command<br />- This will block the command from being used by anyone and will kick anyone tries to use the command (will also report who used the command).<br />sm_bancmd #Command<br />- This will block the command from being used by anyone and will ban permanently anyone tries to use the command.<br /><font size="4"><font color="DarkOliveGreen">Installation:<br /></font></font>Nothing just copy the .smx to sourcemod/plugins<br />NOTE: this might not block all commands but will do that on most of them.<br />Report anybugs down here.</div>
