AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>Well, during my vacation, I found that almost all L4D2 gamers are getting annoyed by the underhand rock throw sequence because it is inaccurate, unreliable, untrusted, and just want to piss the players more. This plugin solves the problem and my friend worked hard on it so why not share?<br /><br /><b>IMPORTANT NOTE:</b> <font color="Blue">It will <b><u>only</u></b> compile and work if you have the latest <b><u>working</u></b> Left 4 Downtown 2 Extension.</font></div>
