AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>Description : <br /><br />You might be aware of Anti Smoke trick in CS 1.6. <br />Go to this Path.<br />SteamSteamAppscommonHalf-Lifecstrikespritesgas_puff_01.spr<br /><br />When you modify this file or delete it, the smoke effect wont work.<br /><br />Here you go! You wont see smoke and u will able to make shot through it. This is very old known bug But I had no solution for that so that I can detect which client is using this trick. So decided to make a plugin.<br />This plugin will detect users who is using this trick and will kick them as well and it will save their steam id in addons/amxmodx/configs/smoke.txt file.<br /><br />If your server is MM or your server forces to download something to the user then don't use this plugin because sv_allowdownload &quot;0&quot; will be set to 0 and mp_consistency &quot;1&quot;<br /><br />Installtion : <br /><br />Installation is same as you do for normal plugin.</div>
