AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div><b><u>Name:</u></b> Commands list<br /><br /><b><u>Description:</u></b> Saves list of commands and descriptions to a file or displays available commands and descriptions in console.<br /><br />The plugin is based on the idea of the plugin <b><a href="https://forums.allie....php?p=2401279"target="_blank">[ANY] Get Cmds</a></b> and advice of <b><i><a href="https://forums.alliedmods.net/member.php?u=74234" target="_blank">Mitchell</a></i></b>.<br /><br /><b><u>Installation:</u></b> Place compiled plugin (<b><i>cmds_list.smx</i></b>) into the plugins folder (<i>../addons/sourcemod/plugins/</i>).<br /><br /><b><u>Comands:</u></b><ul><li><font color="navy"><b>sm_storecmds</b></font> (<i>needs root flag</i>) - Saves list of commands and descriptions to a file <i>./addons/sourcemod/<b>CMDs_List.txt</b></i><br /><a href="https://forums.alliedmods.net/attachment.php?attachmentid=152696" target="_blank" title="Name:
