AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>Description:<br />This is a simple noblock plugin that allows you to remove collision for players and/or nades.<br /><br />Cvars:<ul><li>sm_noplayerblock_enabled<br />1 to enable noblock for players, 0 to disable noblock for players.</li>
<li>sm_nonadeblock_enabled<br />1 to enable noblock for nades, 0 to disable noblock for nades.</li>
