AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>Hello modders <br />Most of the people here might know about the shove plugin if u press e it shoves players but i need an advanced version of it if we type y/dontshove it should stop shoving and if we press y/shoveme then shove should be enabled to the player. This is a crazy plugin if any one find this or ca code it please kindly give me will be very thankful</div>
