AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div><b><font face="Arial Black"><font size="4"><div align="center">[ANY] Ban Disconnected Players</div></font></font></b><br /><font face="Arial Black"><font size="3"><b>Introduction:</b></font></font><br />I rewrote this plugin due to the creator of the old one <a href="https://forums.allie...er.php?u=63775"target="_blank">mad_hamster</a> no longer supporting it. This plugin shares the same idea as the <a href="https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=135533" target="_blank">old </a>one, but is now supported and has bug fixes. I also added a command called sm_listdisconnected to see the last 10 people who left your server printed to your console! <br /><br />Also, with this plugin there is no limit to the amount of players that is saved due to it supporting ADT arrays. As long as your server doesn't restart often, you can go back pretty far.<br /><br /><font face="Arial Black"><font size="3"><b>Instructions:</b></font></font><ul><li>Install the plugin by moving the .smx file into your /plugins/ folder</li>
<li>Load the plugin</li>
<li>Type sm_admin or sm_bandisconnected</li>
<li>Click on the &quot;Ban disconnected player&quot; option and view all disconnected clients</li>
