AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>I've grown tired of all the Mod Haters in L4D2 and figured this was the best way to prove to everyone that DLR is truly on the side of the gamers out there. Have fun and if you can make this plugin better please do so.<br /><br />Please note that if you edit this software you do not own it, and can make no legal claim to any version you edit to try and file fake DMCA request. And yes that has lately become the status quo between server owners. They edit a script they find on Alliedmodders, adding a few lines and think they can somehow make legal claim and file DMCA on others. That type of behavior is unacceptable, and mod makers posting here should be informed that this is in fact happening with several of your mods, by people right now. <br /><br />I am releasing this plugin in hope that mod makers can help to make a better game.<br /><br />If anyone does make edits of value please add them here so that everyone can benefit!
