AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div><b>Simple CSGO AntiLagger </b> is a simple plugin that kicks players if they have a ping of more than 200ms for 30 seconds from the start of the round.<br /><br />Currently in <b>untested pre alpha</b> dev phase.<br /><br />Convar is sm_simplecsgoantilagger_kicktype x<br />You set x to either 1 or 2.<br />1 = Kick to spectator.<br />2 = Kick from match.</div>
