AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div><font size="1">About<b></b>: (no one cares!)<br />Long time without a new plugin from me :)<br />Well, I've got a paid request from a customer about this plugin and I agreed to lower the price if we decide to not make it private.<br /></font><br /><br />Anyways, this plugin adds a command, sm_colors, you can change the chat messages' color, through a menu.<br />This is also my first plugin written in the new syntax :D<br /><br /><font size="4"><a href="http://i.imgur.com/0w7rpLu.jpg"target="_blank">Screenshot</a></font><br /><br />This plugin has 11 colors, sadly - we can't add custom colors in CS:GO and we're pretty much limited:<br /><font color="red">Strong Red</font><br /><font color="lightred">Own</font> <font color="gray">Team</font> <font color="lightblue">Color</font><br /><font color="lime">Green</font><br /><font color="turquoise">Turquoise</font><br /><font color="palegreen">Yellow-Green</font><br /><font color="lightred">Light Red</font><br /><font color="gray">Gray</font><br /><font color="LemonChiffon">Light Yellow</font><br /><font color="lightblue">Light Blue</font><br /><font color="purple">Purple</font><br /><font color="pink">Pink</font><br /><font color="DarkOrange">Light Brown</font><br /><br />Requirements:<br />Counter-Strike: Global Offensive<br />SourceMod 1.7 and above<br /><a href="https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1820365" target="_blank">Simple Chat Processor (Redux)</a><br />Clientprefs (&quot;client preferences&quot;), bundled with SourceMod<br />Required access: Generic admin flag, or override &quot;sm_colors&quot; (you can make sm_colors available for everyone)<br /><br />Installation:<br />1. Install <a href="https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?p=1820365" target="_blank">Simple Chat Processor (Redux)</a><br />2. Place colormenu.smx in addons/sourcemod/plugins<br />3. Restart the server, change the map or <i>sm plugins load colormenu</i> in the server console (or sm_rcon)<br /><br />(I can add translations if requested, but I don't think it's really needed)</div>
