Wrzuć w folder /root/.steam/sdk32/ plik steamclient.so
Jeżeli nie masz takiego katalogu to go stwórz. Plik steamclient.so powinieneś mieć gdzieś w folderach razem ze steamcmd.
AMXX nie ma tu nic do tego, tak jak pisał TheSzymek.
