AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

So I have edited adminchat.sma and std_admin_color_chat and made 2 plugin!<br />Admin can easily use it if they have ADMIN_CHAT access! <br />=============================!<br />Thank you the one who made std_admin_color_chat!, I have edited the script and build it!
