AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

After 60 seconds, the player is killed so they can't abuse the mode as well as so they can retrieve their gift from the inventory.<br /><br />You need to let the map precache the sounds and model before you run it otherwise crashy days. The mode also turns you into a disguised dispenser to avoid sentry targeting.<br /><b><br />Features </b><br />Avoid collision with all players, projectiles, sentries and etc. Avoid being targeted by sentries as to not disrupt gameplay.<br /><b><br />Thank you </b><br /><a href="https://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=204626" target="_blank">https://forums.allie...hp?t=204626</a> cool down snippet written based on this post.<br /><br />Report any bugs and stuff!
