AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

After all, dispensers are smart enough to not assist enemy spies who aren't disguised, or who are cloaked. Enable it by setting the cvar to &quot;1&quot;.<br /><br />This plugin supports automatic updating through <a href="https://forums.allie...ad.php?t=169095" target="_blank">Updater</a>. Please consider installing Updater, if you haven't already. Automatic updating can be disabled by setting sm_notelesfordumbspies_update to &quot;0&quot;. The plugin does NOT require Updater to function.<br /><br />Compiling the .sp requires these includes:<ul><li><a href="http://ddhoward.bitbucket.org/scripting/include/updater.inc" target="_blank">updater</a></li>
