AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>Descriptoin:<br /><br />This plugin is made for DragonBallZ lovers.<br /><br />In this plugin, everyone has a superpower, i.e 'Kame Hame Ha'<br /><br />To use this, simply hit +USE button.<br /><br />After n(defined in cvars) seconds, the power will be released and it will explode and do some damage to its victim.<br /><br />Everytime we use a Kame Hame Ha, we are charged an amount of money (default is 15)<br /><br />CVARS:<br /><br />amx_kmha_waittime | how much time to wait before we can use the power again | default 2.0<br />amx_kmha_cost | Sets its cost | default 50<br />amx_kmha_damage | Defines damage | default 75<br />amx_kmha_speed | defines its velocity | default 2000<br />amx_kmha_killfrags | how many frags will you gain by killing someone by Kame Hame Ha | default 3<br />amx_kmha_losefrags | how many frags will you lose by killing teammate by Kame hame Ha | default 2<br /><br />Instructions:-<br /><br />Put .amxx file in addons/amxmodx/plugins and register in plugins.ini<br /><br /> OR<br /><br />Put the .sma file in addons/amxmodx/scripting, run compile.exe, copy the amxx from compiled folder<br /><br />THIS IS AN INITIAL VERSION, UPDATES WILL BE MADE SOON</div>
