AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>This plugin was originally created by Tabun, but seemed to never work. Than i wrote a replacement which simply kicks heatseeking chargers instead of stopping their attack.<br />Finally, i found a very simple way to provide the same functionality as Tabun`s version, but working correctly. So here it is!<br /><br /><b>What exactly does it do?</b><br />When the human charger gets tank while in charge, his charger bot is stopped by this fix just like if he hits the wall.
