AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

<div>Hey all, got my first released plugins here. Made per request and for fun.<br /><br />You are welcome to post requests to what else you would like to trigger the Taunt, these were fairly easy to whip up after all.<br /><br />First plugin causes Players killed to have their attacker automatically taunt after each kill<br /><br />Second plugin causes Players hurt or killed to have their attackers automatically taunt each time, which applies to sentries.<br /><br />The first and second plugins will prompt Chat text each kill/hit in reaction, last two plugins ending in txtless will leave the Chat prompts entirely out of the game, leaving for less spammy servers when there are more players.<br /><br /><b>Do not use alongside eachother, this may lead to server crashes.</b><br /><br />This is merely a fun plugin for weird gameplay changes, so, Have fun with it.</div>
