Problem z crashami serwera COD MOD.

Witam mam problem z serwerem COD MOD otóż niekiedy przy stanie 15/16 czy 16/16 serwer sie crashuje pisalem z tym do administracji dedyki.net i podeslali mi co moze byc problemem padania serwera i to co jest:

Jak mam to ogarnac ?
Mam dopisek: QTM_CodMod.amxx debug
Proszę o pomoc. Jeszcze chcialem dodac ze na mapie cs_max rozwniez w logs jest error.
