Problem z AmxBans 1.5.1 Final

Witam moj problem polega na tym że nie moge połączyć sie z baza mysql przez port serwera. Mam domene na xaa.pl
i dodaje w zdalnym polączeniu ip sewera (bez portu) i nie moge sie połączyć z serwerem, ale jak dodam w zdalnych połączeniach % to nie ma żadnego problemu. Nie miałbym nic przeciwko żeby tak było ale że tak powiem "Ruskie" włamuja mi sie na serwer i przenoszą mi ludzi na ten ich ruski serwer ;/ i tak mysle ze to przez to bo jak nie mam podłaczonego amxbansa to nic takiego sie nie dzieje. proszę O POMOC!

ruscy hakerzy używają hasła rcona serwera więc to coś zupełnie innego niż połączenie amxbans serwer-baza danych
pokaż zawartość plugins.ini i sql.ini (lub sql.cfg) już nie pamiętam 
I jak możesz to również pokaż konsole serwera czy czasem tam czegoś nie ma
