Nie wczytuje pluginów

Witam wszystkich, mam serwer wgrałem podstawową paczkę wszystko ładnie działało, z nie istotnych przyczyn musiałem reinstalować serwer, tak też zrobiłem, po reinstalacji wgrywam nową paczką, tą samą i nie ładuje mi pluginów, takie błędy wywala w konsoli:

Ziomeczkuu, odblokuj moduły w modules.ini
tzn. usuń ";"
Niech to wygląda orzynajmniej tak:
