AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Description:There is a glitch on some maps what give you custom weaponry at spawn. This bug allows you to regain all your weapons and ammunition by typing "fullupdate" command in your console, or starting to record a demo.Requires:FakeMetaHamSandWichAdditional info:Tested in Counter-Strike 1.6 with amxmodx 1.8.3 (dev build hg81).Notes:You can test this bug and how well plugin handles it at maps what automatically give weapons when you spawn. Some map examples: awp_india, cs_deagle5, scoutzknivez... Warnings:This plugin may crash the server, if you are using old amxmodx version(s).
