AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Hey, this is a simple Plugin which allow People to vote with Chat Commands.I used this Plugin at the time who CS:GO had the Menu Bug on Death and i don't need it longer.Maybe someone other want use this Plugin.Commands :

• sm_v0 // !v0 = Menuselect 0
• sm_v1 // !v1 = Menuselect 1
• sm_v2 // !v2 = Menuselect 2
• sm_v3 // !v3 = Menuselect 3
• sm_v4 // !v4 = Menuselect 4
• sm_v5 // !v5 = Menuselect 5
• sm_v6 // !v6 = Menuselect 6
• sm_v7 // !v7 = Menuselect 7
• sm_v8 // !v8 = Menuselect 8
• sm_v9 // !v9 = Menuselect 9
