AMXX.pl: Support AMX Mod X i SourceMod

Features:Toggles tf_mm_servermode between 1 (matchmaker-joining depending on current map) and 2 (lobby based joining).so simply: if your server is empty, the matchmaker can change map and everything for a incoming group. if there are player on your server, the matchmaker puts new clients based on the map/difficulty.Has Updater support.CVars:

• sm_mvmsm_version - Public Version CVar
• sm_mvmsm_enabled - Enable/disable Plugin
