[TF2] Remove The Vaccinator

The Vaccinator is broken. Somehow. Something to do with its conditions. At any rate, it's crashing/hanging servers. This plugin removes the attributes of any Vaccinators that players equip, making them act like the default Medi Gun. So if you just got Strange Festive Vaccinator #1, you can show it off without breaking the server.Requires the TF2Items extension.A temporary plugin for a (hopefully) temporary bug. Code stolen from VS Saxton Hale Mode because I'm lazy, and it has good stocks. Attached Files
