JA proponuje starą ,ale nie zawodną technikę szukania błędu. Wyłącz wszystkie pluginy i sprawdzaj po kolei który blokuje.

P.S Czy te soundy są z jakiego pluginy (polskie dźwięki jak .wypier... czy to są angielskie z quake) ?
2 P.S Sprawdź w ogóle czy te piosenki działąją (wpisz w konsoli play mp3 itd.)

Był plugin na sound ale go skasowałem i zresetowałem serwer.
Tych plików nie ma na serwerze/CSie więc nie moge sprawdzić czy można je otworzyć w konsoli

Nie ma tych plików dźwiękowych w tych folderach (Patrz logi) lub złe ustawienia chmod'ów .
